Ray Dempsey and Mike Solan are among the early favourites to replace James Horan as Mayo senior football manager.
Horan brought his second, four-year term to an end after Sunday’s All Ireland quarter-final defeat to Kerry.
Dempsey’s won back-to-back Mayo titles with Knockmore, while Solan’s been a selector under Andy Moran with Leitrim.
