Latest figures by the HSE show there are currently 61 patients with Covid-19 in Letterkenny University Hospital.
One patient is in ICU.
Nationally, 1,055 Covid patients are in hospitals throughout the country today.
It’s the first time since April 12th that the numbers have eclipsed the thousand mark.
