A Donegal councillor has been left frustrated over the lack of progress made in installing safety measures at a dangerous junction in Kilmacrennan.
Cllr John O’Donnell has called for pedestrian safety measures at the four way junction in the village after a number of accidents in the area, including one where a woman was hit while crossing the road.
The junction has been subject to several motions at Council, particularly calls for a pedestrian crossing and traffic lights at the junction to be installed immediately.
However, Cllr O’Donnell says work on the junction has still not been carried out..
