Donegal County Council’s Road Safety Officer says all road users have a responsibility to look after their own safety, but more importantly, to also consider the safety of others.
Brian O’Donnell says it’s all too easy for people to stress their own right of way, and allow frustration get the better of them.
He says the road is a shared space, and everyone has a responsibility to ensure it’s also a safe one………
