Two men have been injured after being assaulted in Derry in the early hours of this morning.
At around 12:30am, two men aged in their twenties are reported to have been assaulted by another man outside a bar in the Diamond area.
One man was punched and sustained facial injuries while the other man reports his ear had been bitten.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Sergeant O’Hara says they know the area was busy and is urging anyone who witnessed the incident, or captured footage of what happened, to call 101.
