‘Dark day’ for football after at least 125 people killed in stampede in Indonesia

The sport’s world governing body has joined several English clubs in expressing its deepest condolences to the families and friends of those killed and injured.

Cathy Long, a former Premier League safety expert, says there needs to be a bigger focus on protecting fans.
