Liverpool Football Club has issued a statement paying tribute to a young fan who was one of those killed in Creeslough on Friday evening.
Responding to a Tweet from supporters’ account LFC Donegal, the official Liverpool FC account tweeted a message of condolence to the family of 14 year old Leona Harper, who was a Liverpool fan, as well as to the other families affected by the tragedy.
We are deeply saddened by the loss of Leona. Our thoughts are with her family and friends, as well as all those affected by Friday’s tragedy ❤️
