Hopes for frictionless trade between Britain and Northern Ireland

Businesses in the north are hopeful the new Windsor Framework will mean frictionless trade between Britain and Northern Ireland.

Announcing the new Brexit deal on Monday, UK prime minister Rishi Sunak said it removes any sense of an Irish Sea border.

The green and red lanes are designed to cut paperwork at ports.

Selina Horshi – president of the Chamber of Commerce in Derry – is optimistic about the changes:
