The DUP will vote against the Windsor Framework in the British House of Commons this week.
A vote on the deal between the EU and Britain is due to take place on Wednesday.
In particular, the issue of the so-called ‘Stormont Brake’ will be before MPs.
In a statement, the DUP says it will continue to work with the UK government on all outstanding issues and look to make further progress on all these matters.
