Gardaí in Letterkenny are investigating a theft which occurred between midnight and 1am on Wednesday morning the 28th of June.
The theft took place on the Neil T Blaney road where a number of tools were reported stolen.
The stolen items included a Belle orange wacker plate, a yellow rock breaker and a Stihl orange/white consaw.
Should anyone come across similar tools for sale on a second hand basis over the coming days, they are urged to report it to Gardaí.
Gardaí are also appealing to anyone who may have seen a vehicle pulled in at the area located just off the Polestar Roundabout, across from the Tourist Office or have dashcam footage to make it known.
