Donegal County Museum has been awarded €11,250 in funding n a series of small grants announced today by Minister Catherine Martin.
Over €170,000 has awarded nationally under the Regional Museum Exhibitions Scheme 2023.
The money received by the County museum will be used to for an exhibit on the Workhouses of County Donegal which aims to increase awareness in the role played by those in the workhouse system in the history of the county.
