The Public Prosecution Service for Northern Ireland has decided not to prosecute 16 individuals reported by Operation Kenova.
It’s a major investigation into an army spy who infiltrated the Provisional IRA during the Troubles – known as “Stakeknife.”
The probe has examined crimes such as murder and torture, and the role of security services.
