The family of Rebecca Browne who died after being struck by a Garda car in Buncrana last year say they are anxious for answers from Gardai.
A GSOC investigation was launched into the death of the 21 year old from Derry on May 21st 2023 at Ludden.
Last July, that investigation was re-designated to establish if the actions of Gardai amount to criminal in nature.
