Police in the North have arrested two men following reports of a shooting in the Irvinestown area yesterday evening.
The incident happened shortly before 6.50pm.
It was claimed a shot was fired in the direction of two men, from a vehicle travelling on the Kesh Road.
No one was injured – but two men aged 32 and 26 have been arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear or violence.
