Finn Harps suffered a ninth defeat of the First Division season on Friday night, losing 1-0 to Treaty United in Limerick.
The games only goal was scored by Enda Curran, five minutes into the second half from the penalty spot.
The defeat drops Harps to 5th place as Bray Wanderers move up to fourth courtesy of a 3-1 over Wexford.
