Uisce Éireann has confirmed that water has been restored in Letterkenny following a major burst that was affecting the South of the town over the past number of days.
The leak had resulted in low pressure and disruptions for some customers in Bomany, Newmills, Roughan, Tullygay, Conwal and surrounding areas.
The utility says complex repairs were completed last night and supply has returned for all.
