A yellow low temperature weather warning has been issued for Donegal.
The alert comes into effect at 5pm this evening and will last until 12pm tomorrow afternoon.
It is expected to get very cold during the night with widespread frost and ice and temperatures struggling to get above freezing during the day.
As a result, Met Éireann are urging people to be aware of hazardous travelling conditions, icy patches and travel disruption.
