A 100% Redress councillor says she could fit her fist in the cracks of a house that had it’s semi-detached counterpart demolished.
Cllr Joy Beard says now as a result, mice have gained entry to the home.
The home in question is not on the scheme, as the owners cannot afford the initial building condition assessment which costs in the region of €700.
