A man remains in hospital after being assaulted in Letterkenny on Easter Sunday.
The man, aged in his 50s, was injured when a disturbance broke out at the side of a licenced premises on Upper Main Street between 9:05pm and 9:10pm.
He was transferred to Letterkenny University Hospital for treatment of what Gardaí have described as serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Earlier, they described his condition as stable.
They’re appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or who has dash-cam footage of the area to contact them at Letterkenny Garda Station.
