Letterkenny University Hospital’s Department of Psychiatry achieved a compliance rate of just under 67% during inspections last according to the Mental Health Commission’s Annual Report for 2024.
There were 14 non-compliances identified, including issues with the suitability of the premises, risk management, and individualised care planning.
