There are plans to build a new championship links golf course in County Derry.
Details about the site at Bellarena were announced as The Open was getting underway in Portrush, twenty miles further up the north coast.
The BBC is reporting that preparatory work is underway, and construction could begin next year.
It is hoped the new course, which is being developed by the Galgorm Collection, will open in 2029.
