
Rhys Irwin was back in action on Sunday afternoon in Round Seven of the British Superbikes Championship.
Rhys finished race 1 of the weekend in second place behind Luke Stapleford.
The race turned out to be an extra sweet one for the Donegal man took the fastest lap ever by a rider in his category with a time of one minute, 27.9 seconds which shaved off 0.4 seconds off the previous record.
