The HSE is highlighting its online suicide prevention training programme – to mark World Suicide Prevention Day.
The award winning FREE training programme helps show how to spot the signs of suicide, and provide support.
The HSE’s John Meehan, is Head of the National Office for Suicide Prevention.

Connecting for Life Festival, a family fun and wellness day, will take place in Swan Park, Buncrana Donegal this Sunday to mark World Suicide Prevention Day and Green Ribbon Month.
This is hosted by local suicide prevention charity Insight and is an opportunity for individuals and families to engage with a range of activities to boost mental health and wellbeing, while also connecting with local supports and services.
The event will take place from 3pm until 5pm and everyone is being encouraged to attend.
