A Donegal TD says the trend of rising rents is not sustainable, after recent Residential Tenancy Board figures showed a year on year increase for new tenancies in Donegal of almost 15%, the highest increase in the country.
Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn says rents have doubled in recent years in Donegal, and that is definitely not the case with wages.
He says the government needs to take action…………….
