The Stormont Assembly has been told the current executive is failing across a number of areas, including health, education, transport and economic development.
West Tyrone MLA Daniel McCrossan, a member of the SDLP opposition, says the First and Deputy First Ministers have tried to present themselves as leaders of an administration which is delivering.
