A new agreement to deal with legacy issues of Northern Ireland’s Troubles will be published by the British and Irish Governments later today.
The initiative will commit both governments to legislate for changes that have been agreed.
It will also commit to undertaking investigations in the Republic.
€25 million is also expected to be provided to support families in legacy processes.
