Donegal County Council has passed a vote of no confidence in Larry Murrin and is calling for his removal as Chairman of Bord Bia.
The council is the 15th in the State to take such a stance.
Proposer Cllr Michael McBride says a conflict of interest arises from Mr Murrin’s company, Dawn Farm Foods, importing beef from Brazil while he serves as Chairman of the Irish food board.
