House prices in Derry and Strabane have recorded the highest rise in the North, new figures show.
The latest Northern Ireland Quarterly House Price Index from Ulster University shows the average price in Derry City and Strabane rose by 5.8% in the first quarter of this year.
That takes the average from £192,752 to almost £203,962.
