Labour suffers heavy losses in English local elections

It’s turning out to be a bruising set of local election results for the UK Labour Party.

It’s lost control of 9 local authorities in England.

Nigel Farage’s Reform UK have eaten into their share of council seats, winning over 350 so far.

Not all local authorities have started counting votes, and tallies are still to get underway in the Welsh and Scottish parliamentary elections.
