The Assembly at Stormont has been told plans for a new football stadium in Strabane have been delayed for years due to inaction from the Department for Infrastructure.
The issue was raised by West Tyrone MLA Daniel McCrossan, who said there is widespread support for the Strabane Athletic FC plan locally, but the delay is being caused elsewhere.
He claimed this is symptomatic of the way projects west of the Bann are treated, and said Sinn Fein must take some of the blame……….
