Children’s Ombudsman publishes annual report

Education, Tusla and health services were the most complained about services to the Ombudsman for Children last year.

Nearly one-thousand-800 complaints were made to the office in 2025, with 15 per cent referring to more than one agency.

81 per cent of complaints came from parents, with four per cent from children themselves.
