Derry City have announced the signing of Darragh Burns on a permanent deal from Grimsby Town.
The 23 year-old winger knows the League of Ireland well having had spells at both Shamrock Rovers and St Patrick’s Athletic.
He has also represented both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland at underage International level and has been an ever-present in the League 2 side since joining in January of 2025.
The club say Burns’ signing is another major coup as they enter a busy period of the season.
