The Chair of the Local Community Safety Partnership in Donegal has described social media as a cancer on our society.
Cllr Gerry McMonagle was speaking on today’s show about the vitriolic reaction against the five teenagers killed on Sunday morning last when the car in which they were travelling in on the M9 motorway hit another vehicle, seriously injuring three women and a child.
Cllr McMonagle says there was initially sympathy shown to all involved, but that soon changed………….
