Concerns have been raised over speeding traffic on Ferris Lane in Buncrana.
The issue was discussed at a meeting of the Inishowen Municipal District, where local Cllr Fionán Bradley highlighted concerns over vehicles travelling from Buncrana Main Street onto Ferris Lane.
He says some motorists are accelerating rapidly as they turn onto the lane, with vehicles often travelling above the speed limit.
The narrow road is a particular concern for residents, as it provides access to several areas of the town and has no footpath at its narrowest point.
