
A parade at the centre of a 12-day stand-off in Portadown has been blocked by the Northern Ireland Secretary.
Orange Order members had been given permission to march down the predominantly nationalist Garvaghy Road for the first time in almost 30 years.
It never went ahead after continued blocks by residents.
