Strabane Athletic FC have announced the appointment of Tommy Canning as their new First Team Manager.
Canning moves to the Tyrone side having previously worked as assistant to Kevin McHugh at Finn Harps.
Chairman Seamus McElroy welcomed Tommy to the club:
“Tommy has the experience we need and, having spoken to him on a number of occasions this week, it was clear that he is looking forward to the challenge of working with the players and helping us do well in this league.”

“I’m very excited by the challenge ahead. I recognise that although the squad is good, there is hard work ahead and I’m looking forward to getting started.”
