The new Lough Swilly Ferry Service linking Buncrana and Rathmullan is underway, the first sailing from Buncrana left this morning.
The Arranmore Car Ferry Company which is operating the service says some dredging has been necessary, and that curtailed services to some extent, but a full schedul;e will be operating by tomorrow.
Spokesperson Dominic Sweeney says it’s been a positive start…………..
