Sinn Féin Councillor Tony Hassan has condemned vandals who cut down a street light at the bus stop at Ballyarnet Village this week.
Residents of the area are angry that vandals cut down the street light which overlooks the bus stop at Ballyarnet Village.
Councillor Hasson says he has been raising the issue along with other similiar incidents with relevant bodies who say it won’t be fixed for some time.
He says it is rural location and people rely on this service plus they also want to feel safe waiting on a bus:
