Kenny Shiels to meet McCormack today

New Derry City manager, Kenny Shiels, will hold talks with midfielder Conor McCormack today
Shiels wants to secure the services of McCormack for next season – the former St. Pat’s man – who did so well at Derry after joining during the July transfer window – did have the option of staying for another year, but wasn’t prepared to commit until a permanent manager was appointed.
Meanwhile Peterboro United say they won’t be rushing to make an offer for Derry City’s Patrick McEleney
The player has been on trial with Peterboro and informal talks between the two clubs have taken place, but according to this morning’s Derry Journal, Peterboro have yet to decide whether or not to make an offer for the midfielder.
