Update – Power restored to SW Donegal after Storm Eva

Update – Power restored just before 11am
 
Around a thousand homes remain without power this morning as a result of Storm Eva, 29 of them in Donegal.
The problenms are centred around an area of South West Donegal between Rossbeg and Magheragallon, with the ESB saying there’s no confirmation as to when the problem will be rectified.
High winds and heavy rain battered the country yesterday evening, and Met Eireann say while conditions will remain blustery for a while the storm is likely to clear by this afternoon.
