Declan Bonner appeals proposed 24 week suspension

Declan Bonner and the Donegal County Board have appealed the ban and fine handed out in the aftermath of Ulster u21 semi final defeat to Tyrone.
Bonner was given a 24 week suspension for comments he made towards match official Barry Cassidy while both Donegal and Tyrone were hit with fines of €2000 for their involvement in a mass melee which happened after the game ended.
