Harps look to stay above Bohs as first series of games come to an end

Finn Harps feat
The curtain comes down on the first third of the season as Harps welcome Bohemians to Finn Park on Friday evening.
Harps currently sit one point and one place above Bohs ahead of Friday night’s game and will hope to extend that advantage if they can turn over the Dublin side at the weekend.
However, despite being below Harps on the table, Ollie Horgan has warned that they are in a false position and will soon push their way back up the league.
“Bohemians are an excellent club and have a very strong side both physically and technically,” he warned. “On paper they have a far better side than ourselves but we will try to make it difficult for them when they come to Finn Park he Friday,” he said.
Harps’ record against Bohemians makes for miserable reading. Although they haven’t met since 2008, Bohs are unbeaten in their last twelve meetings against Harps – winning 10 of those 12 games. Harps’ last victories came during the 1998-99 season when they beat the Dublin side in each of their three meetings during that Premier Division campaign.
For the visit of Bohemains on Friday Dave Scully returns after missing the trip to Wexford through suspension. Josh Maiey (groin), Micheal Rafter (ankle), Raymond Foy (hamstring) and Matthew Crossan (knee) remain sidelined. Damien McNulty, Kevin McHugh, Adam Hanlon and Keith Cowan are all carrying knocks and are doubtful.
