Inquest jury return verdict of accidental death following fatal fall

An Inquest jury has returned a verdict of accidental death in the case of a women who fell suffering fatal injuries.
33 year-old Caroline McCosker of Letterkenny fell on September 3rd of 2009 at the Pramerica on Letterkenny’s Kilmacrennan Road.
The inquest heard Ms McCosker, who was organising a charity event, suffered fatal injuries when she fell down stairs at work which were required to have two handrails, but which only had one.
