Earlier the Arts, heritage and Gaeltacht Minister Jimmy Deenihan let slip that Deputy Mc Ginley would be appointed to his department.
Minister Deenihan – who’s not a fluent Irish speaker, said that Deputy McGinley will be handling local issues in the Gaeltacht:
