Letterkenny University Hospital is the most overcrowded in Ireland today with 38 people waiting for a bed.
According to the latest trolley watch report, 25 people were on trolleys in its Emergency Department while a further 13 were waiting on wards.
Nationally there were 377 people waiting at hospitals across the country.
