A Donegal County Councillor is warning that while proposals for new cruise ship terminals in the North West are to be welcomed, completing the breakwater at Greencastle Harbour must be a priority.
Proposals are at a very early stage and include building new terminals at both Greencastle and Foyle Ports.
Local Cllr. Martin Farren says while such proposals would have huge potential for tourism in the North West, the long awaited breakwater at Greenccastle needs to be finished before any such project can move forward:
