Senior Gardai are reviewing the report published by the Disclosures Tribunal which rejected claims made by Garda Whistleblower Keith Harrison, with a view to establishing whether he should continue as a member of the force.
Mr Harrison is currently serving as a Garda in Donegal, after returning to work last November after three years’ stress-related sick leave.
The Sunday Times is reporting that Garda Headquarters are reviewing the report published by Peter Charleton on the basis of establishing if he can continue working as a member of the force.
According to the Sunday Times senior Gardai are currently reviewing the findings of the report published by the Disclosures Tribunal to establish if Garda Whistleblower, Keith Harrison should continue serving as a Garda.
The report rejected claims made by Garda Whistelblower Keith Harrison, that he was the subject of a smear campaign by senior Gardai.
Harrison is currently serving as a member of the force in Donegal having returned to work last November after three years’ stress-related sick leave.
Peter Charleton, the chairman of the tribunal, found all of the allegations of Harrison and Simms examined by the tribunal to be entirely without any validity.
The Sunday Times says Harrison declined to comment last week and a Garda spokesman said the force was unable to comment on a named individual.
