Almost 40 people awaiting admission to LUH

 

Letterkenny University Hospital has been ranked as the third most overcrowded hospital in Ireland today with 38 people awaiting admission there this morning.
Eight people were on trolleys in its Emergency Department while a further 30 were waiting on wards.
University Hospital Limerick was the most overcrowded today with 51 people waiting there.
Nationally, there were 449 people waiting at hospitals across the country today.
