Circuit Court Appeal hearings to be heard at L’Kenny Courthouse

The President of the High Court has given the go ahead to allow Circuit Court Appeal hearings be heard at Letterkenny Courthouse.
A long standing practice of the courts service meant all civil appeal cases had to be heard at courts in Sligo or Mayo.
Donegal Deputy Pearse Doherty has welcomed the move saying it is a victory of common sense.
