Donegal County Council is being urged to explore all options with a view towards addressing flooding issues at a Letterkenny housing estate.
Residents in Ashfield in Carnamuggagh are having problems owing to the Burn running along the back of some homes there.
It’s believed that in times of heavy rainfall, the current pipework isn’t able to cope with the large volume of water which in turn leaves some gardens flooded.
The local authority has pledged to carry out an investigation into the matter.
